Young Inventors Make a Drink Machine That Employs a Re-usable Bottle System

A couple of young Wisconsin inventors have created a vending machine where people bring their own reusable bottles and cups to a machine that dispenses soda like a soda fountain with one spigot.  This device cuts down on the amount of plastic bottles used, and even allows students to make up their own "soda flavor mixtures".  The article does not address the labor required to keep the machine clean, however.  I would wonder how easy it may be for an operator to keep it sanitary and stocked.   Here is the link to view the article: http://gazettextra.com/news/2009/may/31/inventor-has-fun-soda-machine/...  > more
