Automated Services International, Betson Enterprises, & Choice Equipment Sales Announce Strategic Marketing and Sales Agreement

 Charlotte, NC & Corona, CASeptember 12, 2010 - Automated Services International (ASI) and Choice Equipment Sales (CES), leading distributors of quality used and reconditioned vending machines, announced today that they have entered into a strategic marketing and sales agreement with Betson Enterprises, a leading distributor of vending & coffee products, amusement parts and services.

ASI, Betson, & CES will work together in the areas of sales, service, marketing and technical support. Together, they will offer a wide selection of products and services to operators and locations in the Northeast region of the United States. Establishing this relationship is a winning proposition for the three respective organizations, and the extensive number of customers they collectively serve in that part of the country.

Under the terms of the agreement, Betson will have sole marketing rights for New York, New England, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. ASI will be responsible for working with Betson personnel to drive sales throughout the region, and for coordinating all related support programs. CES will be responsible for sourcing raw product, and for refurbishing the machines at its facility in Charlotte, NC.
